Please note that BVR utilizes a double-anonymous peer review process, so that the reviewers cannot see who the authors are. Therefore, we ask that a title page with identifiable information be uploaded separately from the manuscript.
Before submitting a manuscript, please include the following information in a separate title page document:
- All Authors
- First Names, Middle Names/Initials, Last Names
- Institutions
- Departments
- Street Addresses
- E-mail Addresses
- Title and Running Title (you may copy and paste these from your manuscript)
Please include the following in a separate manuscript document:
- Manuscript files in Word, PLEASE DO NOT INCLUDE AUTHOR NAME(S) OR CONTACT INFORMATION IN THE MANUSCRIPT FILE.
- Title and Running Title
- Abstract
- Figures/Images in TIF, EPS, PDF, or JPG formats
- Tables in XLS or DOC formats
Please include the following in a separate author bio document:
- 1-paragraph author bio of each author
Articles are considered for publication with the understanding that they have not been previously published and that they are not being submitted to another journal.
After your files have been uploaded, you will be asked to select the order (1st, 2nd, 3rd, etc.) you would like the files to be displayed in a merged PDF file that the system will create for you. Next, you will be directed to a page that will allow you to review your converted manuscript. If the conversion is not correct, you can replace or delete your manuscript files or add additional files by clicking Edit Submission.
