Mr. Sliwoski is currently an associate professor of accounting and the Director of the Small Business Development Center at Moorhead State University. He has a Ph.D. from the University of North Dakota, and is a certified public accountant, a certified managerial accountant, and a certified economic development finance specialist. He was formerly a senior tax accountant with Arthur Andersen.
