Michael J. Mard, ASA, CPA is co-managing director of The Financial Valuation Group in Tampa. He is a member of the American Society of Appraisers Business Valuation Committee (J993–1996), Chairman of the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants Litigation Services Committee (1994–1996) and was recently appointed to the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants Mangement Consulting Services Division.
