The Residual Income Method of Business Valuation

Mr. Longhofer is a Director in the Business Valuation and Litigation Advisory Services Group at Stout Risius Ross, Inc., Farmington Hills, Michigan. He holds the CFA and CFE designations, and is Adjunct Professor of Law at Wayne State University Law School, Detroit, Michigan, where he teaches business valuation. He earned his MBA, with distinction, and his JD, magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan.
