Gregory A. Gilbert, CFA, ASA, President of Corporate Valuations, Inc., received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Yale University and a Masters of Science in Business from M.I.T. He was an institutional stock market analyst for 12 years in New York City specializing in medium to small sized companies. For the last 8 years he has specialized in appraising closely held companies. In 1983, he was one of the founders of Corporate Valuations, Inc.

Kathleen M. Wiederhold received a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Portland State University in 1984. She has been employed at Corporate Valuations as a Research Analyst since graduation.
