Mr. Fowler is a graduate of the University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas School of Law. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas, maintains designations with the National Association of Securities Dealers as a General Securities Principal and Financial & Operations Principal, and is an Accredited Member, Business Valuation, of the American Society of Appraisers. Since 1979 he has been President of Financial Services—Austin, Inc., a regional investment banking, venture capital and business valuation firm.
